Terms of Service
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms govern the use of Innowi Social, a service that publishes social media content and reads performance data on behalf of restaurants that use the Innowi POS. By connecting an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. Who can use the service
Innowi Social is for businesses. You must be at least 18, act for a restaurant that has an Innowi POS account, and have the authority to connect and manage every Facebook Page, Instagram account and Google Business Profile you connect. Personal accounts are not supported.
2. What the service does
Innowi Social reads your menu, photos and sales from Innowi, generates posts and short videos with AI models, schedules them, publishes them to the accounts you connected, and reads the resulting performance data. Innowi staff can see the Google listings the service manages in an internal audit view, in order to operate the service.
3. Your content and your responsibility
Everything published to your accounts through the service is published in your name. You are responsible for it, including content that was generated by AI and content that went out through automatic publishing you turned on. You can review before publishing, edit anything, and remove published content at any time. You confirm you have the rights to the photos and text you upload.
4. Platform rules
You agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards and Commerce Policies, and with Google's Business Profile policies, for everything published through the service. If a platform suspends or restricts your account, the service will not be able to publish to it.
5. Suspension
We may suspend or end your use of the service if it is used in a way that breaks these terms, the platforms' policies, or the law, or that puts the service or other restaurants at risk. Where reasonable we will tell you first.
6. No guarantee of results
Reach, engagement, sales and listing performance depend on the platforms and on your audience. We do not promise any level of results. The service is provided as is, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Innowi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to [the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim].
8. Ending the service
You can stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts in Settings and asking us to delete your account. When the service ends, for any reason, access tokens are revoked and deleted immediately, published content stays on your platforms where you control it, and the data we hold is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date; continued use after that is acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes are heard in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
